Refund & Returns Policy
Return Policy: You have 2 days to return any unused, unworn items with the original tag attached, no questions asked. Silver Chandi reserves the right to inspect all returned items before issuing a refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns.
Missing Items in Returns: If you return several products but some are missing when the pickup happens, we may deduct the full MRP of the missing items from your refund. This also applies to promotional items such as free gifts or silver coins.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned item at our warehouse. The amount would be refunded to the bank account of the person who has ordered the product. For the refund you’ll have to share the bank details with the brand.
Replacement & Exchange: You can request an exchange within 5 days or replacement within 2 days under the same conditions as returns. Replacement items will be shipped once the original product has been returned.
How to Return: To initiate a return, visit our website, or contact our Customer Support team for guidance. Please ensure you are available for the reverse pickup and can respond to the delivery partner’s calls. If you miss the pickup, the return process may need to be restarted, which could delay the timeline.
Serviceable Pin Codes: While most areas are serviced for both delivery and pickup, some pin codes may only support delivery. In these cases, you may need to return the product through an alternate courier like India Post, and Silver Chandi will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs (up to Rs. 70). Any excess charges (like duties, taxes, etc.) will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Serviceable Areas: For pin codes that are not serviceable for reverse pick-up, you will need to send the return to us directly. We will refund the return shipping cost (up to Rs. 70) along with your refund.
Missing or Damaged Goods:
Empty or Missing Parcels: If your package is empty or has missing items, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. A 360-degree unpacking video will be required to process your claim. If there is no clear evidence or if the parcel shows signs of tampering, the claim may not be accepted. Silver Chandi reserves the right to make the final decision.
